By creating an account or using PixlPresser, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Silicon Harbor Labs, a subsidiary of The Baylight District Group, Los Angeles, California ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
PixlPresser is a browser-based image compression tool that allows users to reduce image file sizes locally on their device. The service is provided via pixlpresser.com and is operated by Silicon Harbor Labs.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not discontinue paid plans without providing a pro-rated refund for unused time.
To access the full service you must create an account. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
New accounts receive 10 free image compressions upon registration. Free compressions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and apply only to the account they were granted to. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice.
PixlPresser offers the following paid plans:
All prices are in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Stripe automatically calculates and collects applicable sales tax based on your location.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. For monthly plans, your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until payment is resolved. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
You agree to use PixlPresser only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
PixlPresser, its logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Silicon Harbor Labs and The Baylight District Group. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission.
You retain full ownership of all images you compress using PixlPresser. We claim no rights over your content.
Your use of PixlPresser is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
PixlPresser is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results of using the service will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silicon Harbor Labs and The Baylight District Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising out of or related to your use of PixlPresser, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
